NY – Greater Rochester/Western NY Brokers who sell the most Aetna MAPD plans through the 2018 spring season will qualify to win on a monthly basis!
How to qualify:
To qualify you must be an “active agent” and submit at least 10 or more per month new Aetna MAPD enrollments. Three active agents who meet the eligibility criteria will be selected based on most production for the first of each month through the spring season (April 1, May 1, June 1 effective dates).
- The 1st agent with most plans sold will be awarded an overnight stay at
Del Lago Resort and Casino – including breakfast and dinner for two! * - The 2nd agent with most plans sold will be awarded a gift card for both a culinary class and a meal for two at The New York Wine and Culinary Center!*
- The 3rd agent will receive a $100 gas gift card!
Program details
- Agents must be “ready to sell” for 2018 to participate and must receive their commissions directly from Aetna
- Call center agents are ineligible
- For the purposes of this promotion, we define an “active agent” as an agent who submits the required number of 2018 Aetna MAPD enrollments during the promotional period outlined in the email
- Enrollments must be for an effective date of April 1st, May 1st, June 1st
- Only new sales will count towards the total; plan changes are excluded
- Agents with the most production each month through 2018 spring season will qualify for 1 of the 3 award offerings
- Limit to one win per drawing per incentive program

- Agents must be domiciled and/or assigned to Rochester Market Broker Manager
