Royal Arcanum: Production Bonus Program 2019

Quarterly Production Review- Payable Monthly and/or Quarterly.

For every $5,000 of annualized premium within a quarter a 7.5% bonus will be
paid out.
Minimum 85% First Year Persistency, 75% rolling 24-month persistency rate.

Sales will review each quarter production the first week of every month and if you have hit $5,000 in annualized production a 7.5% bonus will be paid out within the first week of the following month. If you do not hit $5,000 in annualized premium will be carried over to the next month. If you do not hit $5,000 annualized premium within the quarter it will not be carried over to the next quarter.

• 1st Quarter – Feb, Mar, Apr
  Report Dates: 01/16 to 04/01
• 2nd Quarter – May, Jun, Jul
  Report Dates: 04/16 to 07/01
• 3rd Quarter – Aug, Sept, Oct
  Report Dates: 07/16 to 10/01
• 4th Quarter – Nov, Dec, Jan
  Report Dates: 10/16 to 01/01

Annual Quality Production Bonus

10% Bonus for $25,000+ in annualized premium for active policies with a minimum of 30 active policies.
Min. 85% first year and 75% rolling 24-month persistency.

*Bonuses will be calculated after year end close payable sometime in January.
